He is survived by : his children, Nilda Rivera, Fernando Rivera-Garcia and Eliezer Rivera Garcia; and his siblings, Virgilio Rivera-Matta, Salvador Rivera-Matta, Marta Rivera-Matta and Abigail Rivera-Matta. He is also survived by Two Grandchildren, Two Great Grandchildren, and a host of family and friends.
