She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Steinmueller and Ann Steinmueller (McArdle); and her husband Llyod R. Adkins, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Llyod R. Adkins, Jr. (Cindy) of East Longmeadow, Charles H. Adkins of Granby, MA., Jeffrey Adkins of Springfield, Curtis Adkins (Michelle) of Palmer and Jill A. Parent (Tim) of Monson. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
