He was predeceased by: his parents, Salvatore Caruso and Elbie Caruso; and his sister Barbara Rosati Levine. He is survived by: his wife Lorraine (Manarite); his children, Denise Bates (David Zulkiewicz), Frank Caruso (Nena Button) and Dawn Manning (John); his granddaughters, Alison Gauthier (Nicholas), Kayla Garvey, Madison Bates and Julia Garvey; his great grandchild Lainey Gauthier; his sister Carol; and his brother-in-law Bruce Miller. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
