We are sad to announce that, on February 15, 2026, at the age of 75, Gail Anne O'Brien of Springfield, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Gail Anne may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Gail Anne touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph M. O'Brien and Kathleen T. O'Brien (Reid); and her brother Joseph M. O'Brien of Springfield, MA. She is survived by: her son Kevin O'Brien of Springfield, MA; her brother Daniel F. O'Brien of Alexandria, VA; and her nieces and nephews, Martha Queiroga of Wilbraham, MA, Molly O'Brien of Los Angeles, CA, Kathleen O'Brien of New York, NY, Danny O'Brien of Alexandria, VA and Tim O'Brien of Brooklyn, NY. She is also survived by seven great grand-nieces and nephews and many loving aunts, uncles, and cousins.
