She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Flack and Beverly Flack; her husband Melvin Green; and her sister Leslie Flack. She is survived by: her sons, Christopher Flack and Michael Flack; and her siblings, Theodore Flack, Jr., Thomas Flack, Russell Flack, Jackie Flack and Sandra Flack. She is also survived by Three Grandchildren, and a host of family and friends.
