She is survived by: her husband Thomas Middleton; her children, Paul R. "Tony" Wiggins (Deneen) of Deltona, Clarence J. "Chucky" Dickey of Windham, Geraldine Dickey of Springfield, MA, Paulette Fisher of Springfield, MA and Tanoa Goldson of Springfield, MA; her siblings, Gregory Johnson (Cheryl), Joseph Johnson (Karen), Ruth Tate (Roy) of Charlotte, NC and Linda Roberts of Springfield, MA; her sisters-in-law, Mary Jackson of Springfield, MA, Mercedes Johnson of Springfield, MA and Sixteen; her friend Faith Gladden of Springfield, MA; and her sister Sadie Adams of Springfield, MA. She is also survived by Sixteen Grandchildren, Nine Great Grandchildren, Two Great Great Grandchildren, her lifelong family.
