With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Helen N. Griffin-Burston of Springfield, Massachusetts, who passed away on March 8, 2024 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parent Julia Rush; and her siblings, Jimmy Windham, James Windham, Eddie Windham, Matthew Windham, Elijah Windham, Lijah Windham and Bessie Craig.
She is survived by : her husband Otis Griffin; her children, Diane Griffin and Dwight Griffin; her grandchildren, Toni Thomas, Darrell Griffin and Christopher Griffin; her siblings, Earlie Windham, Mable Campbell and Pearlie Mae Johnson; and her children, Otis Griffin (Loraine), Cynthia Reed (Frank), Kathy Griffin, Patricia Ramsey (Steven) and Lyndon Griffin. She is also survived by 21 grandkids, 49 great grandchildren and 12 great great grandchildren.
The family extends their appreciation and gratitude to those near and far that have reached out in prayer, donations and well wishes.
