Hilda A. Krol Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Hilda A. Krol (Springfield, Massachusetts), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 26, 2025 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Francesco A. Pericolosi and Maria L. Pericolosi (Veronesi); her husband Casimir "Cas" J. Krol; her daughter Terri Tourigny; and her son-in-law Bob Tourigny.
She is survived by: her children, Beth Labb (Jimmy) of Westfield, Kathy Creane (Kevin) of Milford, CT, Vicky Gelinas (Jeff) of Westfield, Chris Krol (Karen) of Gales Ferry, CT, Greg Krol (Marybeth) of Westfield, Jimmy Krol of Wilbraham, Jeff Krol of Springfield and Andy Krol (Mary) of Enfield; and her siblings, Francesca Brandt and John Pericolosi. She is also survived by her 26 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, 3 great-great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 5th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Tazzini Funeral & Cremation Services (22 Locust St, Springfield, MA 01108). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 10:00 AM and at 1:00 PM. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Sacred Heart Parish (1061 Springfield St, Feeding Hills, MA 01030).
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Shriners Children's New England, 516 Carew St., Springfield, MA 01104, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, or Alzheimer's Association. The family has chosen to send donations to Shriners Children's New EnglandDonate Now (https://www.shrinerschildrens.org).
