He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Hugh Victor Kerr and Linette Kerr (Brown); his daughter Carol of Florida; his siblings, Vonnie and Joyce Kerr of Springfield; and his grandchildren, Victoria Bafford of Florida and Frank Bafford of Florida.
