She is survived by: her children, Danielle Jacobs Kirkland (Terry) of Chowchilla, CA., Jacqueline Monique Banks (Obie) of Springfield, MA., Alphonzia Jacobs, Jr. (Rhonda) of Springfield, MA. and Chad Marcus Jacobs (Tania) of Wilbraham, MA.; and her grandchildren, Kelsie, Kayla, Kamari, Mason Jacobs of Springfield, MA, Aysha and Ahmad Kirkland of California. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
