O'Connell (Kozicki); his children, Jacqueline O'Connell of Ludlow, James F. O'Connell, III of Monson and John O'Connell of Ludlow; his grandchildren, Richard O'Connell of Southwick, Daniel O'Connell of Monson and Dr. Briana O'Connell of Somerville; his great grandchildren, Hunter, Sophia and Isabella O'Connell; and his sister Bonnie Namiot (Bob) of Rehoboth. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
