She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Trombly and Catherine Trombly (Leonard); and her father-in-law Frank Orszulak II. She is survived by: her husband Frank; her sons, Christopher (Gina), Matthew (Kayla) and Justin (Amanda); her grandchildren, Lindsey (Clyde), Joseph, Elizabeth, Ryan, Catherine, Finn, Lily, Hudson, Bryce, Millie and Isla; her brothers, Richard and Roger Trombly; her friend Richard Dietrich; her family, Steve (Mary), Mike (Celeste), Johnny (Janet), Tom (Kathy), Laurie Manning, Little Steve, Little Dan, Little Tom, Brittney, Tyler and Hailee; her mother-in-law Shirley; and her nieces and nephews, Travis, Austin and Avery.
In lieu of flowers, her family has requested that donations be made to St. Mary's Academy, 56 Hopkins Place, Longmeadow, MA 01106.
