With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jean Guy Lemelin (Springfield, Massachusetts), who passed away on February 8, 2023. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edmond A. Lemelin and Lucienne M. Lemelin (Boutin); his sister Laurence Lemelin; and his sister-in-law Deborah M. Lemelin. He is survived by: his wife Doris D. Lemelin (Martel); his children, Mark L. Lemelin (Joanne) of Otis, Carl G. Lemelin (Alexis) of Westfield and Natalie C. Galarneau (Jeffrey) of East Longmeadow; his granddaughters, Isabelle, Campbelle Lemelin and Ella Galarneau; and his brothers, Lucien G. Lemelin of Delray Beach, FL, Damien P. Lemelin (Sue Bouffard) of Chicopee and Donald J. Lemelin (Carrie) of Chicopee. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins, extended family members and numerous friends.
His family requests that memorial donations be made in his memory to Saint Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 Saint Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-9959.
