She is survived by: her husband Zachary Wolcott of Springfield; her daughter Madison Slachta of Springfield; her granddaughter Lilith Slachta; her sisters, Susan Thompson (Thomas) of Enfield and Carol Mazza (Kenneth) of Ludlow; and her siblings' children, Brendon Thompson, Steven Mazza, Alex Mazza and Megan Thompson. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
