He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Weldon and Marjorie Childs Weldon; his nephew Michael Cadieux; his niece Lisa Weldon; and his father-in-law Robert E. Garlick.
He is survived by: his wife Janice Ann Weldon; his sons, Jerome Thomas Weldon, Jr. (Jessica), Ryan Christopher Weldon (Kelly) and Thomas Christopher Weldon (Kellie McLaughlin); his grandchildren, Brendan Weldon, Alyssa Weldon, Braydan Weldon, Emma Weldon and Harper Weldon; his great grandchildren, Ava Weldon, Luna Weldon and Grayson Clark; and his siblings, Kevin Weldon (Cynthia), Eileen Forbes (Bob), Darrell Weldon (Diana) and Mary Cadieux (Joe). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and many close friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 20th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Sacred Heart Church (395 Chestnut St, Springfield, MA 01104). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, June 20th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
