With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jerry L. Miller (Springfield, Massachusetts), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 28, 2025 at the age of 67. As Jerry departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Jerry may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Jerry leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie "CJ" Miller Jr. and Mamie "Kit" Miller; and his sister Berthel Miller. He is survived by: his siblings, George (Mae), Skip (Gwen), Lorenzo, Carl, Alphonzo Miller (Pam) and Linda S. Miller of Riegelwood; his aunts, Estelle Miller of Springfield, MA. and Callie Graham of Springfield, MA.; and his girlfriend Angela Coleman. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
A wake will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Harrell Funeral Home (355 St James Ave, Springfield, MA 01109). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
