He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold F. Hull and Julia A. Hull (Murphy); and his sisters, Sharon M. Hull and Frances A. Hanson (Robert). He is survived by: his former wife Lise Marie Gohrend (Aube) of Deerfield Beach, FL; his children, John H. Hull, Jr. (Chyna) of Pembroke Pines, FL and Julie Ann Scheer (Scott) of Port St; his granddaughter Melanie Ann Scheer of Port St; and his brothers, Robert J. Hull of Springfield and Philip E. Hull of Deerfield Beach, FL. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins, extended family members and friends.
