He was predeceased by: his wife Elizabeth (Bette). He is survived by: his daughters, Lynne Freeman (Scott) of Beverly, MA, Diane Beir of Avon, CT and Jane Ruediger (David) of Concord, MA; and his grandchildren, Alex, Meredith, Kara, Scott, Michael, Christopher and Kathryn.

In lieu of flowers and in Jack's memory, donations can be made to Baystate Hospice or to the Wounded Warrior Project.
