He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Percy and Margaret Percy (Harrison); his sisters, Ruth, Eileen and Lorraine; and his niece Cissy.
He is survived by: his brothers, Charles Percy (Mary Alice) and Tom Percy (Rina); and his nieces and nephews, David, Mark, Chris, Billy, Brian, Michele, Jennifer, Allison, Kelly and Brenda.
