He was predeceased by: his parents, John and Rose (Russo). He is survived by: his wife Lucille; his children, Laurie Gioielli (Tim) of Springfield, Diane Chantre (James) of Enfield, Janice Pirog (David) of Springfield and John Woodtke (Lyssette) of Georgia; his grandchildren, Rebecca (Cooper), Cody, Joe (Erin), Jeff, Emily (Spencer), Alex, Allison, Johnny (Samantha), Courtney, Joseph, Jeremy, Avery, Josh, Ella and Graham; his great grandchildren, Stella, Emma and Jacob; and his sister-in-law Jeannette. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, dear friends and neighbors, and several cousins.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to one of Jack's preferred charities: St. Jude's, the Wounded Warrior Project, or the American Cancer Society.
