She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald L. Richard Sr. and Mae Richard (Langevin); and her brothers, David Richard, Donald L. Richard Jr. and Michael Richard.
She is survived by: her children, Thomas Mulrooney III, Shawn P. Mulrooney (Lori), Corinne Clark (Robert) and Cathleen Thomas (Chad); her siblings, Mae Richard-Cross, Charles Richard and Calvin Richard; and her grandchildren, Cody, Corbin Thomas, Andrea Clark, Angelina Mulrooney, Saffon O'Rourke, Indica Eclipse and Epiphany Aurora.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Joyce's memory may be made to the American Cancer Society.
