She was predeceased by: her parents, Iakovos Anezakis and Evangelia Anezakis (Theodorakis); her husband George N. Kazalis; her siblings, Stelios Anezakis, Manoli Anezakis (Evangelia) and Eleftheria Manolarakis (Stylianos); and her nephew Nikolaos Manolarakis.
She is survived by: her children, Michael G. Kazalis (Inna) of Chicopee and Mary Perakis (Steven) of West Springfield; her grandchildren, Michael A. Kazalis, Jr., Christina M. Kazalis, Speros S. Perakis, Antonia Kay Perakis and Kayla G. Kazalis; her brother Antonios Anezakis (Koula) of Athens, Greece; and her sisters-in-law, Eleni Anezakis of Crete and Chrisanthi Kazalis of Worcester. She is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins, extended family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, her family requests that memorial donations be made in her memory to the Saint George Greek Orthodox Cathedral, 22 Saint George Road, Springfield, MA 01104.
