Kevin Joseph Byrer Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kevin Joseph Byrer of Springfield, Massachusetts, who passed away on November 29, 2025, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Willis Byrer and Angeline Mary Byrer (Fierstos). He is survived by: his wife Jane Hankins of Titusville, FL; his children, Liam Byrer of Jackson, NH and Kyle O'Brien (Evan) of Wilbraham, MA; his grandchildren, Alden O'Brien and Etta O'Brien; and his siblings, Greg Byrer (Gerri Pattison) of Portland, ME, Dave Byrer (Young Soon) of Canton, OH and Mary Ann (Robert Nash) of Maryland. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 8th 2025 at 6:00 PM and on Friday, July 24th 2026 at 9:00 AM.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Beals Memorial Library in Winchendon, MA, Pack 193 Boy Scouts, Winchendon, and the National Park Foundation.
