It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kevin M. O'Flaherty (Springfield, Massachusetts), who passed away on December 15, 2025, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick F. and Mary T. O'Flaherty (Kavanaugh); and his brother John J.. He is survived by: his family, Pat, David and Anne Marie; his close friends, Dan and Chrissy; and his cousin Anna Mae (Kevin). He is also survived by good friends, and cousins.
