He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis H. Gibeau and Beatrice Gibeau (Hamel); his siblings, Louis Laurent "Larry", Joseph "Leo", Lionel, Cordelia "Corkie" Cassell and Leonard "George"; his siblings-in-law, Herbert Cassell, Arthur Brosseau, Melvin Chapin and Maria Gibeau (Caj); his son-in-law John Lander; and his friends, Ernie, Florence Lambert, Henry and Irene D'Amario.
He is survived by: his daughter Fern; his wife Fern Gibeau; his children, Toni Carole Lapointe (James), Laura Karen Lander (Pelletier) and Michael Alan Gibeau; his siblings, Cecile Chapin (Brosseau) and Lester Gibeau (Ming); his sister-in-law Genevieve Gibeau; his grandchildren, Monique Folco (Dominic), Genevieve Zyla (Matthew), Jeremy Lapointe (Heather), Jacob Pelletier (Amy), Christine Bost (Shawn Flanders), Alan Gibeau and Alyson Gibeau; and his great grandchildren, Quintin, Damon Bost, Madison Lapointe Vore, Lindsey Mae Folco, Dilyn Flanders, Erin and Meghan Lapointe. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Special Olympics or to the Thomas J. O'Connor Animal Control & Adoption Center.
