With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Leo Francis Leary Jr. of Springfield, Massachusetts, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 14, 2025 at the age of 80. He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo F. Leary, Sr. and Martha Leary (Carpenter); his child Jon-Michael Leary; and his siblings, Jane Leary and Orianne Leary.

He is survived by: his wife Debra Zukowski; his daughter Catherine Kelly (James) of Springfield; his siblings, Michael Leary and Catherine Leary (Steven Poole); and his grandchildren, Hannah, Brendan, Madison, Gabriella, Jon, Marissa and Alexander. He is also survived by several nieces and two nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family would like you to honor his memory, by living in gratitude for the life he was given and so cherished.
