Leonilde R. DiMaio Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leonilde R. DiMaio of Springfield, Massachusetts, who passed away on March 31, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Vincenzo Botta and Anna Botta (Moccia); her siblings-in-law, Annunziata "Nancy" Botta and Giacinto "Gino" Santaniello; and her nephew Armando Botta.
She is survived by: her children, Anthony A. DiMaio (Mindy) of Springfield, Felix S. DiMaio (Mary) of Springfield, John A. DiMaio (Renee Hanson) of Naples, FL, Michael R. DiMaio (Sandra) of South Windsor, CT and Loryanna DiMaio of Springfield; her grandchildren, Anthony DiMaio, Jr., Nicholas DiMaio (Suzanne Trusz), Adrianna DiMaio, Joseph Bruno (Eman Soufan), Joseph and Arianna DiMaio, Victoria and John DiMaio, Jr. and Olivia and Alexa DiMaio; her former husband Salvatore DiMaio of Springfield; her siblings, Geremia Botta of Springfield, Matilda "Clorinda" Santaniello of Springfield, Teresa Scala (Gerardo) of Agawam, Maria Hanke (Robert) of Agawam and Armando Botta (Kathleen) of Agawam; and her brother-in-law Alphonse DiMaio (Joyce) of Rhode Island. She is also survived by her many dear nephews, nieces, cousins, extended family members and friends.
