He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Moser and Esther Moser; and also Jane. He is survived by: his sister Jeannette; his sons, David and Paul; his granddaughter Madeleine Manka; his great grandchildren, Chloe, Charlie, Henry Manka, Peter, Kate, Jonathan, Laura, Stephen, Ben, Emma, Mary, Eliza, Isabella, Anna, Bella, James and John; and his significant other Jill Hartnett.
