He was predeceased by: his significant other Alice Ruth Grimes Sullivan; his wife Evangelist Alice Ruth Sullivan; his son Clyde Epps; and his brothers, Louis and Landon Sullivan.
He is survived by: his children, Cheryl Epps of Chicopee, Essie Alexander (Harry) of Springfield, Tashonda Epps of Connecticut, Rhonda Gillylan (Anthony) of Florida, Michael Otis Leroy Sullivan of Springfield, MA and Jerry Sullivan of Springfield, MA; and his brothers-in-law, Johnnie Grimes Sr. (Daisy) of Springfield and Henry Grimes Sr. (Jean).
