She was predeceased by: her parents, Vincenzo Penna and Lillian Penna (D'Amore); her husband Arthur Scarnici; and her siblings, Stephen Penna, Vincenzo Penna (Rosemary), Justino Penna and Germaine Senecal (Albert).
She is survived by: her children, Karen Extine, Leonard Scarnici (Patricia "Pat" Barker), Gina Kenison (Radcliffe) and Lisa Scarnici (Warren Martel); her brother Paul Penna; and her sisters-in-law, Janet Penna and Janet Palmer. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren.
