We are sad to announce that, on December 30, 2023, at the age of 86, Margaret Hajec of Springfield, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Brawsay and Ruth Brawsay (Ryan); her husband Michael S. Hajec Sr.; her son Michael S. Hajec Jr. (Hadji); and her siblings, Jane, Maye and Ronald.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jane Marie Hajec of Springfield and Rose Marie Hajec; her grandchildren, Anthony, Kyle (Rebecca), Alexzandra (Curtis) and Joseph (Savanna); her niece Marjorie DeYoung; her great-nephew Robert DeYoung; her sister-in-law Jean Brawsay; her nephews, Scott Brawsay (Linda) and Mark Brawsay; and her pets, Lucky, Gizmo, Snow, Jaximus and Kenma. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
