It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Margaret R. Place of Springfield, Massachusetts, who passed away on November 6, 2022, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Edward Freeman and Winifred Pakanaulu Freeman Kealekupuna (Delacruz); and her sibling Cordell Freeman. She is survived by: her children, Deanna Bourassa (Mark) of East Longmeadow, Dean Place of East Longmeadow and David Place (Lindsey) of Springfield; her sister Winona Bermudez of Hawaii; her grandchildren, Madison Place, Kiana Bourassa and Demitri Place; and her sister Ida You.
