She is survived by: her children, Richard, David and Carla; and her grandchildren, Stefen Welch, Samuel Welch, Tia Mazzaferro, Tianna Mazzaferro, Isabella Grimaldi and Lucia Grimaldi.
She continued preparing lessons and teaching right through the Covid shutdown, till age 92.
