Marshall leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Marshall’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Marshall will carry forward his memory in their hearts.
He was predeceased by: his father R. D. Brown; his wife Polly Josey Powell; and his siblings, Shawn Early and Linda Powell. He is survived by: his mother Sarah Lee Powell; his daughter Ebony Powell; and his siblings, Gregory Brown (Rosemary), Derrick Brown (Mary), Sheila D. Powell and Melanie Brown. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
A wake will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Harrell Funeral Home (355 St James Ave, Springfield, MA 01109). A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
