He was predeceased by: his parents, James Sullivan and Eleanor Sullivan (Weir); and his sister Donna Allard. He is survived by: his wife Teresa "Terry" Sullivan (Sutyla); his children, James Sullivan (Sheila Brunt) and Constance "Connie" Falconer (Dave); his grandsons, John and Matthew Falconer; and his sister Brenda Bartosz (Raymond). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and many dear friends.
