He was predeceased by: his siblings, Henry James Steed, Jean Harlow Green, Clara B. Lewis and Barbara Ann Bobbitt; and his close friend Barbara Hill.
He is survived by: his daughter Carsandra Hill of Springfield; his granddaughter Angel Denise Hill-Green of Springfield; and his nieces, Marilyn Steed of Springfield and Betty Greene of Springfield.
Funeral services previously scheduled for December 28, 2022, have been POSTPONED due to a COVID-19 emergency.
