She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Randolph and Fanny Hall; her husband Robert Hines, Jr.; her children, Lydia Hines-Johnson (Charles) and Kelvin D. Hines; her daughter-in-law Eloise Wright-Hines; and her grandson Richard Cunningham, IV.
She is survived by: her sister Gloria James of Monroe, LA; her nieces and nephews, Eddie L. Hines of Weems, VA, Joyce Cunningham of Springfield, Massachusetts., Robert Hines III of Springfield, Massachusetts., Vivian D. Hines of Springfield, Massachusetts. and Wanda Collins (Carl) of Springfield, Massachusetts.; her brother Reverend Zachary Slater; and her daughter LaShanda Randolph. She is also survived by her eleven grandchildren, twenty-one great-grandchildren.
A wake will be held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Mt Zion Baptist Church (33 Oak St, Springfield, MA 01109). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
