She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Florence McCarthy and Mary McCarthy (Keane); her husband Ray; her siblings, John "Ox" McCarthy, Ellen Falvey (Sam) of Marston Mills, MA and Peg Dineen (late Tom) of Charlestown, RI.; her children, Mary Lou Connolly (Barry) of Del Mar, CA, Gary Sullivan (Lynne) of Springfield, MA, Brian Sullivan (Barbara) of Acworth, GA and Gerald "Gerry" Sullivan of Chicago, IL.; her grandchildren, Meaghan, Michael Connolly, Brendan, Marian, Ray Sullivan, Craig, Douglas, Scott and Harrison Sullivan; her great grandchildren, Avery, Ryleigh and Liam Sullivan; her siblings-in-law, Kathleen Cavallo (Frank), Marian Rogers (late Charles), Robert Sullivan (Helen), Edward Sullivan and Eleanor Haggerty (Charles); and her caregivers, Tonia, Tracy and Heidi of Trusted. She was also cherished by 34 nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers she requested helping those less fortunate whether donating to a favorite charity or just performing a kind act.
