He is survived by: his daughter Eve Theresa "Evie" O'Neil; the mother of his child Patricia A. Thompson of Longmeadow; his siblings, Sheila O. Berthiaume (Bruce) of Springfield, Patrick G. O'Neil (Gina) of Springfield, John J. O'Neil of Wilbraham, Mary Beth O'Neil (Sheila) of Springfield, Maggie M. O'Neil of Chicopee and Terence S. O'Neil (Emily) of Chicopee; his brother-in-law William J. Hayward of Springfield; and his siblings' children, Brandon Berthiaume (Lyndsi), Jonathan Berthiaume (Michael Fenton), Alexander Berthiaume (Kayla), Michael O'Neil (Jessica), Ian O'Neil (Laura), James LaRoche (Alice Dixon), Julia LaRoche, Aidan O'Neil and Hannah O'Neil.
