It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael J. Phaneuf of Springfield, Massachusetts, who passed away on June 5, 2023, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph L. Phaneuf and Anne Phaneuf (Rudek); and his grandson Benjamin. He is survived by: his wife Paula Phaneuf; his daughter Stacy Riley; his son-in-law Dennis; his son Joe Phaneuf; his daughter-in-law Becka; his grandchildren, Devin and Rachel Riley; and his siblings, James, Thomas Phaneuf and Judy Callahan. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
