She was predeceased by: her parents, Morris Jacobsohn and Anna Jacobsohn (Kramer); and her siblings, Al Jacobsohn, Sylvia Miller and Pauline Wolpert.
She is survived by: her sons, Bob Russman-Halperin (Wendy) of Pittsburgh, PA and Doug (Sally Cohen) of Berkeley, CA; her grandchildren, Liora (Sasha Senderovich), Aviva (Craig Alpert), Abby (Peter Macfarlane) and Eli (Zofia Stanley); and her great grandchildren, Noah, Andrew Alpert, Rami Halperin, Ella Macfarlane and Zach Halperin.
A funeral service was held on Sunday, August 30th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Temple Emunah (9 Piper Rd, Lexington, MA 02421). A burial was held on Sunday, August 30th 2026 at the Beth El Cemetery (366 Kings Hwy, West Springfield, MA 01089). For information about Shiva, please contact the family.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Minna's memory to the Norman and Minna Halperin Endowed Scholarship, supporting students in the pharmacy program at Western New England University, or to Shriner's Hospital for Children in Springfield.
