She was predeceased by: her father Santiago Otero; her husband Jose Perez; and her siblings, Eladio Otero-Garcia, Tony Otero-Garcia and Milagros Otero-Garcia.
She is survived by: her mother Rosa Maria Garcia; her children, Luis Marin, Jr., Kevin Sanchez, Kelly Sanchez, Cristina Rivera and Gladyliss Rivera; her siblings, Santiago Otero-Garcia, Ruben Otero-Garcia, Felix Otero-Garcia, Lucy Otero-Garcia and Rosa Otero-Garcia; and her grandchildren, Luis Marin, III, Josie Valdes, Jr., Violette Delgado, Jose Busted, Ellis Mercado, Silvia Salazar, Niko Marin, Silena Salazar and Michael Salazar.
