Noreen B. (Curran) Fitzgerald Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Noreen B. (Curran) Fitzgerald of Springfield, Massachusetts, who passed away on December 15, 2021, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Denis Curran and Brigid Curran (Ferriter); and her husband Patrick J. Fitzgerald. She is survived by: her children, Mary Ellen Labonte (George) of East Granby, CT, James Fitzgerald (Paula) of East Springfield, John K. Fitzgerald (Melissa) of West Springfield and Joseph B. Fitzgerald (Kathryn) of South Hadley; her grandchildren, Christine Paolini (Vincent), Steven Labonte, Christopher J. Fitzgerald (Serena), Brian J. Fitzgerald, Lauren Fitzgerald, Patrick Fitzgerald and Maeve Fitzgerald; her great grandchildren, Vincent, Ellie Paolini, Luke and Carson Fitzgerald; and her brother Joseph Curran of Plymouth, MI. She is also survived by her many nephews, nieces, cousins, friends, and extended family.

Her family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday, December 21, 2021 from 4 p. m. to 7 p. m. Masks are recommended for her services.

Her family requests that memorial donations be made in her memory to a charity of the donor's choice.
