He is survived by: his children, Lynn Cressotti (Richard) of Agawam, Daniel Provost (Irene) of Westfield and Alan Provost of Springfield; his sister Susan Provost; his grandchildren, Daniel, Alex, Nicole, Jason, Amanda, Kris and John; and his great grandchildren, Rory, Zachary, Jacob, Adalee and Maeve.
