It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Patricia A. Tabb (Springfield, Massachusetts), who passed away on July 30, 2025, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Houlihan and Mary Houlihan; her daughter Kelly Tabb; and her sister Barbara Houlihan. She is survived by: her husband Barry Tabb, Sr.; her sons, Barry Tabb, Jr. (Kelly Huard), Kevin Tabb (Jessica Tabb) and Patrick Tabb (Jennifer Tabb); her grandchildren, Jack Tabb, Captain Michael Tabb, Kelly Tabb, Lilly Tabb, Alex Tabb, Isabella Tabb, Megan Tabb, Camden Tabb, Hailey Tabb, Hannah Tabb and Sarah Tabb; her great grandchildren, Ellie Tabb and Rosalynn Tabb; and her sisters, Maureen Kaifer and Christine Burke (Brian Burke).
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 5th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Forastiere Smith Funeral & Cremation (220 N Main St, East Longmeadow, MA 01028). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, August 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Sacred Heart Church (395 Chestnut St, Springfield, MA 01104). A burial will be held on Wednesday, August 6th 2025 at the Gate of Heaven Cemetery (421 Tinkham Rd, Springfield, MA 01129).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Patricia's name may be made to the Sacred Heart Renovation Fund, 395 Chestnut St, Springfield, MA 01104.
