She was predeceased by: her parents, John Edward Mahoney Sr. and Catherine Dorothy "Kitty" Mahoney (Ryan); her husband Richard J. "Dick" Mc Cabe; and her brother John Edward "Eddy" Mahoney, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Mark S. Mc Cabe of Boston, Maureen M. Tsatsos of Westfield and Meg A. Mc Cabe of Colorado; her grandsons, Matthew and Nathaniel Tsatsos; her siblings, Linda Mahoney of Chicopee and James Mahoney of Springfield; and her son-in-law Anthony Tsatsos of Westfield. She is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins, extended family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, May 27th 2025 from 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, May 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Sacred Heart Church (395 Chestnut St, Springfield, MA 01104). A committal service was held on Tuesday, May 27th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Massachusetts Veterans' Memorial Cemetery (1390 Main St, Agawam, MA 01001).
Her family requests that memorial donations be made in her memory to the John Boyle O'Reilly Club, 33 Progress Avenue, Springfield, MA 01104.
