She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph O'Neill and Matilda Dias; her former husband Bernard Gagnon; her brothers, Joseph O'Neill, Raymond and William Shaw; and her son-in-law Marc Talbot.
She is survived by: her husband Charles McMenamin; her children, Kathleen Everett (Wayne), Bernard Gagnon (Kathy), Karen Talbot, John Gagnon (Jennifer), Patricia Cascio (Chuck) and Charlie McMenamin; her siblings, James Shaw (Chris), Robert Shaw, Peggy West (Ken), Sandra Dobson (Dan) and Susan Shaw; and her brother-in-law Junie Gagnon. She is also survived by grandchildren and 20 adored great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Patricia's name to St. Jude or Shriners Children's Hospital.
