He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie D. Bailey and Bertha Mae Bailey (Wilborn); his daughter Stacey Pinckney; and his siblings, Annie Robinson, Betty Foster, Ola Bailey, Bobby Willie Jr., Elisha Bailey and James Bailey.
He is survived by: his wife Lillian Pinckney; his children, Brenda Pinckney of Springfield, MA, Ronald Pinckney of Austin, TX, Gregory Pinckney (Ronita) of San Antonio, TX and Karl Pinckney of Springfield; his siblings, Mary Coleman of Springfield, Mary Hill of Decatur, GA, Pearlie Williams (Juanzia) of Windsor, CT, Elizabeth Woods (Bennett) of Temecula, CA and Elijah Bailey; and his grandchildren, Jalisa Pinckney and Marquis Brown. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews and friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Canaan Baptist Church (1430 Carew St, Springfield, MA 01104). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
