He was predeceased by: his parents, John Mazur and Claire Mazur (O'Keefe). He is survived by: his siblings, Richard Mazur (Nancy Tyler) and Barbara Coelho of Chicopee; his nieces, Emily Paquette and Allison Coelho; and his nephew Ben Paquette (Lynn).
