He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Paul Phillips Sr. and Sharon Santinello; his sister Michelle Phillips; his fiancée Tamara Kvarnstrom; and his children, Debra Phillips, Dana Maniglia, Dakota Phillips, Kassondra Williams and Charlene Phillips.
